Rehabilitating public property and social housing: what obligations and what solutions for the future?
With the assistance of the Champagne-Ardenne branch of the French Building Federation (FFB).
As part of the green new deal resulting from France’s “Grenelle” Talks on the environment, the French Government set the ambitious goal of reducing the energy consumption of old buildings by 38% by 2020. Social housing and public buildings are more concerned than any by these obligations.
Comment se mettre en marche pour répondre à ces objectifs nationaux ? How can we set about achieving these national goals? How should we rehabilitate? Should we rehabilitate at any price?
Speakers:
Raphael Gastebois, ABF
Pierre Possémé, contractor
Michel Grzeszczak, architect
