As soon as the Fair opens, on 9 February, the second edition of the Franco-Belgian Workshop on sustainable building was held, bringing together eco-building players from both countries. This convivial movement was address training of professionals committed to sustainable building so as to determine the actions conducted in the bordering countries, so as to identify those that can be transposed, and so as to set up joint operations. It was also been an opportunity to analyse similarities and differences in tax and other regulations, etc.
Organised by ARCAD (Champagne-Ardenne Regional Agency for Sustainable Building and Sustainable Planning) with the assistance of the Industries & Agro-Resources (IAR) globally focussed centre of competitiveness and CARINNA (Champagne-Ardenne Research and Innovation Agency at the service of research laboratories and firms), the Franco-Belgian Worship on sustainable building is part of the cross-border encounters on sustainable planning in collaboration with the CAP 2020 cluster.

In parallel, the organisers of the Fair was been receiving a delegation from the Belgian regions and some foreign teachers and students from vocational education structures currently in regular contact with the establishments present at the Fair.
